Shipping Policy for CASA FLAKE

Shipping Options and Costs
We offer free 5-7 business day shipping for all orders over $45.00 USD. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

We have the following shipping options available in the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Free for orders over $45. Delivery in 5-7 business days (carrier estimated) via USPS or UPS.

  • Economy Shipping (4-6 Business Days): Cost based on weight and package dimensions. Delivery in 4-6 business days (carrier estimated) via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
CASA FLAKE is not responsible for orders completed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you. To have the package re-shipped, you will need to complete a separate invoice to pay for the cost of re-delivery. If the package is successfully delivered to the address entered on the order, the sale is considered final. CASA FLAKE will not cover the cost to retrieve the package and will not send a replacement to a different address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
CASA FLAKE is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your residence after delivery. We will work with the shipping provider to ensure the package is delivered to the address provided.

For packages lost in transit, please contact us at support@casaflake.com. Our team will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and file a claim if the package was lost by the carrier. If a successful claim is made with the carrier and the original shipping information was correct, we will resend your package. If the initial shipping information was incorrect, no refunds will be issued and no replacement packages will be sent.

CASA FLAKE is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all original packaging material and damaged goods, as these are required by the carrier for investigation. Send photos of the damage to support@casaflake.com for assistance.

Final Sales and Delivery Times
All estimated delivery times provided on our website or during checkout are estimates from the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, and other factors beyond our control. CASA FLAKE strives to process and hand off packages to the shipping carrier within 2-4 business days after an order is placed.
